	JEL Boot Camp  We limit our classes to just 15 students with 2 or 4 instuctors.  All our instuctors are active Adjusters and Professional Trainers.  We give our students one-on-one training to guarantee success!    Hands On  Unlike most other schools you will receive hands-on training in the field. From day one we teach you sketching, scoping, measuring and assessing damages using Xactimate.   Xactimate  Whether in our Boot Camp or Advanced class we teach Xactimate - the industry leading software - in a hands-on unique way that assures success.
