We’ve all heard the horror stories (and maybe yours has been one of them!) of thinking it was going to cost $10,000 to rehab a property and then it’s 3 or 4 times as much simply because the investor didn’t know what they were looking at and couldn’t accurately estimate their costs.

3. Earn BIG Money For More Investing! By becoming an Adjuster you could go out on a Catastrophic event like a Hurricane and earn $800 - $1,200 a day. It is not unusual for a CAT adjuster to make $20,000 in a month during a Hurricane. A good storm season would give you investment money for future projects.
