JEL POLICIESJEL Training, LLCHome Study CoursesRefunds - Due to the nature of Home Study courses we will only accept courses returned within 3 days of receipt in original condition. There will be a $10 restocking fee and no refund on S&H fees.3-90 Days - Student may sell their course back to their recruiting manager or another student upon notification of the transfer to the JEL office by fax (941-739-9979) or email casey@jeltraining.com with the new Manager/Students name, address and phone number and the original students information. Classroom CoursesUp to 15 Business Days prior to class - Return of monies paid in, above the seat deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee.6 Business Days prior to start of Class - No Refunds, however monies may be applied to a future class. Note: Boot Camp has a non-refundable $350 seat deposit. You may apply the deposit to a future class. Refunds are processed within 30 days of written request. JEL Class Cancellation PolicyAt JEL we endeavor to never cancel a class. However under certain circumstances such as below minimum participation, Act of God, Hurricane, Instructor illness or injury or an unforeseeable problem at The State College of Florida that makes the room unavailable we may be forced to cancel.We will make every attempt to contact the student by phone and email upon cancellation and reschedule the student to the next scheduled class. Refunds are only granted if class is cancelled due to minimum participation and the student cannot attend a future class.
